Return Review
Returns and exchanges are not automatically guaranteed for regulated products. Each request is reviewed based on product category, shipment status, local rules, condition of goods, packaging, documentation, and the original sales channel. For safety and compliance reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return after shipment or use.
Before Returning Any Product
Customers must contact support before sending any product back. Condition Requirements
